How we process your data
Generally
- This policy on the processing of personal data (“Personal Data Policy”) describes how Altiflex ApS (“Company”, “us”, “our”, “we”) collects and processes information about you.
- The Personal Data Policy applies to personal data that you provide to us or that we collect via the Company website, https://altiflex.dk/
- The Company is the data controller for your personal data. All inquiries to the Company must be made via the contact information listed under clause 23.
The Company Collection of your personal information
4. What personal data do we collect and for what purposes?
4.1. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect information about you, such as what type of browser you use, what search terms you use on the Website, your IP address and information about your computer in order to optimize conversion on the Website, improve it and conduct targeted marketing.
4.2. When you subscribe to our newsletter or download material from the Website, you give your express consent to us collecting information about you, such as name, address, email address and telephone number.
4.3. We use the information we collect in connection with your registration for the newsletter or any downloads to administer the registration, to offer you special benefits and for direct marketing, including to inform you about our products and new goods/services and to provide you with other news and information that you have given your separate consent to us sending to you.
5.What is the basis for the collection?
5.1. The collection of information, as mentioned in points 4.1 and 4.2, is necessary for us to safeguard our interests in improving the functions of the Website and its structure and to offer you relevant offers.
5.2. The collection of information, as mentioned in clause 4.2, is necessary for us to fulfill our agreement with you.
5.3. We only collect the information mentioned in section 4.2 if you give your express consent to this.
Use of data processors
7. We use external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the Website, for example, our suppliers assist us in connection with the execution of targeted marketing, including retargeting, and improvement of the Website. These companies are data processors and, under our instructions, process data for which we are the data controller. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality of these.
8. One of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google Inc, is established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-US Privacy Shield. Your rights
In order to create transparency regarding the processing of your information, we, as data controller, must inform you of your rights:
9. Right of access
9.1. You are entitled at any time to request from us in writing information about, among other things, what information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, what categories of personal data and recipients of information there may be, as well as information about where the information originates from.
9.2. You have the right to receive a copy of the personal data that we process about you. If you would like a copy of your personal data, you must send us a written request together with documentation that you are the person concerned.
10. The right to rectification
10.1. You have the right to have incorrect personal information about yourself corrected by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
11. Right to erasure
11.1. You have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us.
12. The right to restrict processing to storage
12.1. In certain cases, you have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.
13. The right to data portability
13.1. You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this information to another data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with you giving your consent to subscribe to our newsletter, cf. sections 4.2 and 4.3.
14. Right to object
14.1. You have the right at any time, for specific reasons, to object to our processing of your personal data, which we collect for use in improving the functions of the Website and its structure, cf. section 4.1.
14.2 You also have the right at any time to object to our processing of your personal data, which we process for the purpose of direct marketing, cf. clauses 4.2 and 4.3.
14.3 If you object to the processing, we will no longer be entitled to process your personal data unless we can demonstrate legitimate grounds for continued processing.
15. The right to withdraw consent
15.1. You have the right to revoke your consent to subscribe to our newsletter at any time.

16. The right to complain
16.1. You have the right to file a complaint with the Danish Data Protection Authority, Borgergade 28, 5, 1300 Copenhagen K, at any time regarding our processing of your personal data.
Deletion of personal data
17.We will delete information that we have collected in connection with your consent to us sending you marketing by e-mail, SMS and post if you withdraw your consent.
18. We will delete information that we have collected in connection with your registration for our newsletter if you contact us about this. In all newsletters you will have the opportunity to respond and thereby opt out of your registration. When you unsubscribe, we automatically delete the data we have collected about you.
Security
20. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration or deterioration, and against unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
21. Only employees who have a genuine need to access your personal data to perform their work have access to it.

Changes to the personal data policy

25. If you cannot accept the changed policy, you will not be able to continue using the Website and your personal data may be deleted.
